Protection policy for your personal data in the context of your application

Purpose of the data collected

-          In the context of an application:

The personal data requested from the applicant are for the purpose of processing applications with a view to assessing the capacity of the applicant to fill the position offered or any other position available within the Filhet Allard group.
In accordance with the Employment Code, we inform the applicant that the recruitment procedure used by our company consists of:
- Individual and/or group interviews
- Psycho-technical tests
- Contact with the professional and character references that you have agreed to provide us with

-         In the context of pre-employment:
The purpose of the personal data requested from the applicant is the preparation of the future contract of employment and the associated administrative formalities relating to the administrative management of personnel, the organisation of work and social action. 

Nature of the data collected

From the moment when the applicant creates his on-line applicant space, he is informed that the Filhet Allard group, being responsible for processing, may collect data relating to:
- his identity (surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address, date and place of birth, nationality …)
- his professional and non-professional activities (profession and field of activity, diplomas, competences, in particular linguistic and computer, professional experience and last position held, professional references, hobbies …)

Compulsory/optional nature of the data collected
Responses to questions preceded by an asterix are compulsory. The absence of a response is likely to compromise the outcome of your application.  

Confidentiality, conservation time and recipients authorised to process the data

The computer systems and paper supports are managed and protected  in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

In the case where the selection process results in the employment of the applicant, his personal data are processed by Filhet Allard in accordance with the contract of employment that will bind him to the Filhet Allard group entity. In the case where the result of the selection is negative, the applicant’s personal data will be kept by the Filhet Allard group for a period of 12 months from the last contact by Filhet Allard with the applicant.

The information collected in the context of applications are destined for the Human Resources Department of the Filhet Allard Group and the operational manager of the department involved in recruitment and/or an external recruitment firm if this is deemed necessary for the handling of applications.

When the application is for a position located in one of the group’s sites outside the European Union data of a personal nature collected may be transmitted to the persons in charge of recruitment in the country in question. By accepting the present legal notes and filing his application and his CV on this website, the applicant expressly agrees to this transmission, necessary for the processing of his application. The Filhet Allard group undertakes to take all measures for the security of and respect for the confidentiality of the data for the said data transfers.


Rights of the applicant

The applicant has, according to the national and community regulations in force, a permanent right of access and a right of removal that he can exercise, in particular, by downloading his data or removing his account via his applicant space. He also has a right of correction and portability of the data relating to him. The applicant may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of the data relating to him, which will have the effect of rendering an examination of his application impossible.
